Apparatus for molding pulverulent material
专利摘要:
In fabricating sheet material with closely spaced parallel ribs on one side, a mold with ribbed shaped grooves is uniformly filled with a loose, dry molding material using a coater with a plurality of adjacent blades extending therefrom with the blade tips parallel to and preferably in contact with the mold top surface. The coater is swept across the mold top surface and the blades distribute and compress the molding material into the mold grooves. The invention is particularly useful for molding materials with high fiber content which are difficult to pack uniformly and with sufficient density into the mold.
(54) DEVICE FOR FORMING POWDER-SHAPED MATERIAL one The invention relates to the process of molding by extrusion of articles with a shaped surface of a powdered material and can be applied in many industries. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed is a device for forming a powdery material, containing a form with parallel grooves on the forming surface, placed above the form a powder material supplying unit, leveler and punch G The disadvantages of the known device include the low quality of the molded articles of the fiber-containing material due to its insufficient compaction and limited technological capabilities of the device. The purpose of the invention is to show the quality of products and technological capabilities of the device. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for forming a powdered material containing a form with parallel grooves on a shaping surface, a powder supply unit, a leveling device and a punch, a leveling device made in the form of upper and lower plates interconnected on the working surface of which are made a series of parallel protrusions provided with a cutting edge, and the leveler is installed with the possibility of reciprocating displacing parallelly the shape of the surface of the form with the possibility of contact with it of the protrusions, and the vector of the direction of movement of the leveler forms both the protruding and the grooves of the form an angle of 15-80. Furthermore, the distance between the shoulders of the leveler exceeds the width of the grooves of the mold. The channels formed between the protrusion protrusions in the cross section, have an arc shape, and their maximum width exceeds their depth. FIG. 1 shows the device section; in FIG. 2, the spreading device and the shape (enlarged) in FIG. 3 - the same, top view; Fig. 4 is a diagram of the angular reciprocal motion of the moving parts of the device; in fig. 5 - molded product cross section. The device comprises a mold 1 with parallel grooves 2 for forming parallel ribs in the product. The protrusions 3 between the grooves form the upper surface of the 4 forms. Form 1 is on support 5 in the form of a conveyor belt. Above the form is located the feed material supply unit 6 (a mixture of chopped coal fibers and thermosetting resin). The bottom of the powder material supply unit forms a sieve 7. Leveler 8 includes upper 9 and lower 10 plates, on the working surface of the last of which there are a series of parallelly spaced protrusions 11 with a cutting edge 12,. Between the projections 11 of the leveler, the channels 13 are formed of an arc shape, the distance between the vanes 11 of the leveler exceeds the width of the grooves 2 of the shape, and the maximum width of the channels 13 exceeds their depth. Razravnivatel 8 is installed with the possibility of reciprocating mixing parallel to the forming surface of the mold with the possibility of contact with it of the Vetups 11. The vector and direction of movement of the razravnivatel forms an angle of 0 15-EO with the lugs of the razravnivatel; The vector Q of the direction of movement of the scraper forms with the grooves of the shape the angle p also 15-9, preferably at 90 °. The selected angles of mutual arrangement of the moving parts of the device provide high-quality and equally dense formation of the material. The device works as follows. The conveyor belt support 5 continuously moves the mold 1, Spreader 8 performs a reciprocating motion parallel to the forming surface of the mold. The moldable powdered material from the node 6 for feeding powdered material is applied to the mold through a sieve 7. The sieve acts as a sifter and breaks up lumps of material. Porous material; enters the leveler channels. under its ledges and in the grooves of the form. Gradually, the spreader channels 13 are filled and the required amount of compressed material flows into the grooves 2 of the mold. By selecting the speed of the conveyor belt, the movement of the nositel. and material loading is reached condition when the grooves of the mold are uniformly filled and sealed without forming excess material in the grooves due to cutting the material of the cutting with the edge of the protrusions and sealing them material. Finally, the material is compacted by a flat punch or by passing the mold under the roller (not shown). The amount of additional material added to The shape and pressure applied for pressing the material to form jumpers in the product are determined by the required fin porosity in the product and the overall thickness of the product. Although a flat punch or roller creates greater pressure on the material located on the protrusions 3 between the grooves of the mold than on the material located inside the grooves of the mold, this is compensated for. by the amount of material the inside of the grooves is pre-compacted, so that with such a molding a homogeneous structure of the product can be obtained. After the final pressing, the material is heated to cure the resin and subsequently carbonized and graphitized. The use of the invention allows to improve the quality of molded products by ensuring equal density of the material and the ability to control its density, to expand the range of materials and technological capabilities of the device.
